Medical devices is the industry where we start our activity, designing and manufacturing ionization chambers for advanced radiotherapy to monitor charged particle therapeutic beams, both during treatments and for daily quality assurance procedures and particle accelerator calibration.
We combine the most sophisticated spectroscopy techniques with cutting-edge control systems in order to embed testing procedures which are typically performed off-line and on a sample-basis, into the manufacturing lines. This aims to enhance the quality and safety standards of manufactured products along the whole agri-food production chain, allowing our Customers to strengthen their HACCP procedures.
Several chemical, physical or biological factors can be responsible for the exposure to toxic and environmental contaminants and produce harmful effects on human health. In order to monitor and reduce such exposure, we develop instruments for continuous testing of the level of air, water and soil pollution, through the combination of different spectroscopy and analysis techniques.
When it comes to children, safety is a categorical imperative and the contaminants thresholds established by regulatory lower. Our technology is conceived to assess the material composition and quality compliance of every produced item in Childcare industry, thus helping manufacturing companies to enhance the safety standard of their products and further reduce the risk for children to be exposed to contaminants, heavy metals and toxic substances.
We provide instruments for the rapid and non-destructive analysis for field research, restoration and conservation of cultural assets. By combining several spectroscopic techniques it is possible to get information about the history of the piece, its elemental composition, the different preparation techniques, the variety of chromatic backgrounds for dating and authenticity verification.
We develop automatic control systems which transfers data in real-time to the automotive assembly plant. This allows improving the quality and sales price of finished product through stabilisation of compositions in raw materials and the discharge of impurities, thus reducing the rejection rate for the finished product. The equipment provides remote and simultaneous evaluation of many material elements and guarantees high sensitivity and accuracy, independently on the size, shape and surface characteristics of the monitored sample.
