PinQ has a X and Y strip ionization chamber structure with a pitch of 2,5 mm which allows an interpolated resolution better than 0,2 mm.
For fast, precise and repeatible measurements. 

The integral ionization chamber provides information on beam intensity.

The TERA chip is the core of all our devices.
It guarantess an digitalization of the analog singnals next to the sensor to improve the signal to noise ration.

Wide dinamic range

TERA is designed to guarantee a high charge sensitivity (down to 50 fC) while ensuring a wide dynamic range (from 1 pA to 3 mA).

A versatile solution

Suitable for different detector technologies as ionization chambers, scintillators, electrometers. Tested and verified with all the particle therapy accelerators (cyclotrons, synchrotrons, linear accelerators) and all their beam structures.

Easy trend analysis

It can be used to visualize and manage all past QA reports, statistically analyze the trend of clinical beam parameters, thus checking the status of the beamline and evaluating the need of beamline maintenance interventions.

Raw data transparency

The QA raw data can be visualized, exported, and analysed by choosing among the preconfigured analysis protocols or implementing personalized algorithms in a comprehensive software development environment.
