Energy, position, intensity, profile

The only device on the market that seamlessly verifies depth dose curves through multi-layer ionization chambers and integrates dedicated X and Y strip chambers modules for simultaneous position and profile measurements.
Acquire and analyze pristine Bragg peak multi-energy plans in a few clicks and save hours.

For both protons and heavy ions

It allows to verify the position of the peak fall-off region with a water equivalent resolution better than 500 um during the weekly and monthly QA procedures.

Dual sensitive area (MLIC section)

Selectable measurement area via GUI: a small circular (Ø 25 mm) for SOBP and a large square area (128 x 128 mm2) for Pristine Bragg Peaks.
Optimal adaptation to different beam sizes and measurement conditions, ensuring reliable characterization of both pencil beams and extended fields.

Your web-based, plug-and-play solution

Fast, accurate and comprehensive QA from set-up to data analysis

Comprehensive analysis of depth-dose parameters for pristine Bragg peaks (peak-to-plateau ratio, peak width, distal fall-off, penumbra 80-20, etc.) and spread-out Bragg peaks (SOBPs). The integrated Strip ionization chambers provide additional information on beam spot position, spot maps and field maps, enabling detailed evaluation of scanning beam delivery.

Come and see the magic!

What’s behind a reliable and performing device? A beating heart and a smart brain.
All our devices are based on proprietary front-end electronics and include embedded software, power supply and control unit for an optimized signal to noise ratio and a more comfortable set up.

Design Made in Italy

Tera Chip

The Detector’s beating heart

Optimized signal to noise ratio

The TERA chip is the core of all our devices.
It guarantess an digitalization of the analog singnals next to the sensor to improve the signal to noise ration.

Wide dinamic range

TERA is designed to guarantee a high charge sensitivity (down to 50 fC) while ensuring a wide dynamic range (from 1 pA to 3 mA).

A versatile solution

Suitable for different detector technologies as ionization chambers, scintillators, electrometers. Tested and verified with all the particle therapy accelerators (cyclotrons, synchrotrons, linear accelerators) and all their beam structures.

Simplify your QA with precise data analysis and record

The Smart Brain

Quick data analysis

All our devices are equipped with data analysis software conceived to speed up all the routine QA measurements with an intuitive, functional and user-friendly interface. From measurement to report in a few clicks.

High accessibility

With its browser-based versatile QA data management software, it allows accessing the data logbook from any terminal device.

Raw data transparency

The QA raw data can be visualized, exported, and analysed by choosing among the preconfigured analysis protocols or implementing personalized algorithms in a comprehensive software development environment.

Report and data storage

A dedicated report function allows creating, storing and printing a detailed description of the measured data and QA results.
